Hey guys,

Sorry I've been gone for so long. I wanted to let you guys all know a few things. 

1. I have a new site!

Hopefully by next week the site will be up and running, But until then I'll be blogging on here. I will be sure to let you guys know all the details very soon.

2. Oral Week 

I know in my last post I said I would be dedicating the whole first week of February to Oral Week, but that obviously didn't happen. So next week (2/23- 2/27) you'll see Oral Week up on my new site!

3. When I originally uploaded this post, I was scared to tell you all but IM MAKING A YOUTUBE CHANNEL! Currently I'm working on designing the banner and profile pic, but I'm super excited!

Sephora Wishlist!

Hey guys,
I haven't done one of these posts in a while. AND I mean every girl always has a Sephora list of wants! LOL. WARNING: this is going to be a long post, so go grab a snack cause you might be here for a while.

FACE

1. Anastasia Contour Kit
Everyone and their mother's mom is talking about this! I really want to try this out!

2. Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara
I've tried a sample of this mascara and I love it! (sadly I lost it).

3. Nars Blush in Exibit A and Dolce Vita
I think these colors are so beautiful! The Exhibit A blush is bright red, but I've seen that on the skin it sheers out and looks very natural.

4.Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20

I'm not a big fan of foundation anymore, since  don't really have anything to apply it with it looks so cakey. I like how Tinted Moisturizer looks so natural but there's still coverage. 

5. Urban Decay Naked Flushed in Native 

The highlighter and blush look so beautiful in this palette. 

6. Becca shimmering skin perfecter pressed in opal. 

I swatched this inside of Sephora it was so pigmented and shimmery.

7. Perricone MD No Bronzer Bronzer. 

I've heard such lovely things about this product and how it gives such a nice glow.

8. Too Faced Hangover RX primer. 

I've also heard a lot of lovely things about this as well. I hear that it helps your foundation look flawless. 

8. Josie Maran Coconut Water Color Eyeshadow in Bora Bora.
This product just over all has my full attention. I'm not quite sure if it's a liquid to powder shadow or what. But I have seen swatches of these colors and they're super pigmented and shimmery.

TOOLS

1. Beauty Blender
I am so late on this bandwagon! But that doesn't mean I still can't jump on it! When I bought the Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation, I realized that I didn't have anything to apply it with.

LIPS

1. Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in berlin, A go-go, Lolita.
I swatched one of these on my hand yesterday afternoon and it stayed on till the next morning! That's CRAZY!

2. Bite Beauty Lush Fruit Lip gloss in Apple, Ramputan and Garland
EVERYONE talks about Bite Beauty! This color really intrigued me on the website, it reminds me a lot of the NYX butter gloss in Cherry Pie.

3. Yves Saint Laurent Volupte Tint-In-Oil in Cherie Me Cherry.
YSL came out with a new lip product so why wouldn't I buy it?

4. Buxom Lip Creams in White Russian and Pink Lady. These colors are so beautiful and i love the way they feel on the lips.

5. Nars lipglosses in Dolce Vita and Turkish Delight. 

These colors are also gorgeous and I want to see if I like the formula. 

NAILS

1. Christian Louboutin Nail Polish in Rouge.

What I've learned (and still am learning) about fitness.

What I've learned (and still am learning) about fitness.

Today I realized something, you can't make yourself do something you don't want to do. For example, I really enjoy playing some yoga videos on YouTube and doing them. But I've realized that somedays I just don't want to do it and I find myself rushing to finish the video or not putting my mind on it.

It's okay to indulge, to skip a workout, to have a bad day, to not be happy all the time. YOU KNOW WHY?!?! Cause you're human! Complete and utterly human! This is a journey we are both embarking on, don't give up yet!

With that being said, I just wanted to let you guys know that I have a bunch of blog posts that will be up soon. I just have to take some pictures and they'll be up asap! ALSO, this upcoming week is going to be very busy for me, so if I don't upload very much that is why.

Morning smoothie!

I thought I'd share with you guys the smoothie I made this morning! The smoothie is quite bitter from the kale so you might want to add more strawberries or raspberries.

morning smoothie ingredients:
7 strawberries
1 handful of raspberries
7 pieces of pineapple
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 handful Kale

My Experience at a U-pick Farm!

Yesterday afternoon I finally went to a U-pick farm! I picked strawberries, onions and one sunflower! We had a blast and I'm so exited to go to more co-op/U-pick places in my town! Sadly, I never got any pictures of the strawberries that we picked :(

11/29 Today's Thoughts

   

    Hey guys, so today I thought I do a little bit of self reflection on my day. 

     First thing I did today was make a grocery list. This probably sounds extremely boring but I actually have been dying to try out a lot of natural smoothies and juices so I do need to pick up some ingredients for that. I have been craving some salads lately so I do have spinach salad on my list strawberries, raspberries, Chia seeds, kale, pomegranate, and I want to try out the leas dark chocolate covered wavy potato chips. I know they aren't the best choice but there are some times are you do have to indulge and I am dying to see how the salty and sweet combination taste.

       I've had to indulge meals today so I think tomorrow I'm gonna try to eat a lot cleaner. For lunch I had some pizza with hot chocolate. By the way my favorite hot chocolate,  the Land O Lakes milk chocolate flavor. It's so great with just mixing about 7 ounces of hot water that I put in the Microwave for about 45 seconds so the water isn't super hot and then I add the mix. My local grocery store , they sell the packages 2 for $1. 

       For dinner I also had some leftover pizza. This is probably really random but I've been enjoying drinking a lot a lot of iced water. I honestly really like when my water is in a cute container because it motivates me to drink more water and the more you drink the better.

    You guys know I am embarking on a fitness journey. I know I could never be the type of person that eats absolutely no sugar because I think that's just insane. But I do think it's ok to indulge every so often to stay on track. This month my favorite cheat meal or cheat drink has been and the Land O Lakes milk chocolate hot chocolate that I mentioned before. BTW,  if you guys know of a brand that sells super yummy healthy junk food let me know in the comments! 

       Hopefully tomorrow I will do another one of these post just talking about my day and things I have been thinking about. Tomorrow I will be going to see the Hunger Games Mockingjay part one and hopefully I'll go grocery shopping for some of those items I mentioned before  for my smoothies

My Thoughts On Running!

Helllooooooo friends!
How's your day been? I've been TRYING to eat healthier but its hard. So I'm going to try to re-motivate my self by talking about fitness a little more.


I've really been enjoying going on runs after school or even just to relive stress and it really has been a nice way to just vent. A lot of you may be thinking that I'm absolutely crazy!! (I'm not crazy I swear but let me explain)  At first I used to HATE running and I don't really hate many things but that was one of them. On youtube I was seeing a lot of people doing fitness routines and they would talk about how much they loved running and how it was such a great stress reliever. It honestly is. At first I didn't really like it but I started telling myself that I did and I kept telling myself all of the benefits and how its really good for my heart. Well now whenever I can go for a run I do. I'll admit, I'm not the best runner honestly I don't even full on run. I just jog and walk. I've found that just going on a short jog a few times a week has built up my strength and endurance.

My favorite app to track how far I'm running is the nike running app. It tells you the distance of your run, how long you ran, how many runs you have gon, heart rate (if you have the Nike gadget), pace, and lastly your Nike fuel points.

HUGE Announcement!

OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG!

I HAVE MY VERY OWN CANDLE! What the What??? If you guys don't follow me on Instagram you wouldn't know, BUT my favorite candle company Soy in Love Scents gave me an opportunity to make my very own candle! The candle is called Breakfast at Kiki's. HOW CUTE IS THAT?!?! The candle is a fall scent with hint of cinnamon and sugar. Good News, if that blend isn't something for you I will be creating another candle thats coming out sometime next week for Christmas!!

Why I haven't blogged the last 3 months.

so yeah. That happened. I haven't blogged in about 3 months and I feel like it was for a good reason. I only like to blog if I feel like it && I HATE forcing content because it's just agrevating and I know that you guys can tell when I'm forcing a post. I did want to just come on to say that yes, I’m still alive. No I haven’t forgotten about you guys but I’m not going to have a strict posting schedule I’m just going to go with the flow.

So, I’ve gotten into 2 new shows. The Vampire Diaries and Revenge. I’m all caught up on revenge & I’m on season 2 of the Vampire Diaries. Are there any shows that you all have been enjoying? If you watch these shows, Im always talking about them on twitter! You can go fly over and perch on my page! Get it, **wink, wink** yep. I killed it I’m going to stop now.

Oh and do you guys like this new font??

RANDOMNESS

Just as the title says this is just going to be a very random update type of blogpost. You guys know that I only post when I want to post just because I don't want to force anything. I have started incorporating somethings into my routine and I don't want to talk about what they are because I feel like whenever I talk about something early I don't keep up with it.

1.SO I really want to try out some new brands like Bare Minerals, and Tarte. I found that Bare Minerals has a lot of great kits that are inexpensive and they are great if you want to try out the brand. I found one from sephora that I am really interested in and that is their Try Believe Love kit. It comes with 2 mini brushes, a concealer, a finishing powder, a matte foundation and their original foundation. From Tarte I recently purchased their 12 hour full coverage Foundation and I'm really excited to finally try it out. I also really want to purchase their Amazonian Clay Airbrushed Foundation and their Airbrush Finish bamboo foundation brush.

2. I'm not obsessed with collection makeup anymore! I still obviously like makeup but I don't find a need to hoard makeup because most of it will expire and then you are wasting money.  `I am still going to buy & review makeup just not as much as before.

3.I am also thinking about purchasing the Jawbone UP fitness band just because I enjoy seeing how many steps I've taken in a day and stuff like that.

Colour Pop Cosmetics Haul!

If you follow me on twitter you'd know that I was sitting at my door waiting for this package to arrive! I honestly don't think I've ever been so excited about a package before! I guess I'll start by giving you some background on Colour Pop. they are a brand based in California, their eyeshadows are made in the US, their against animal testing, They offer free shipping once you spend $30 AND their shadows are on $5 USD each! I'm kinda obsessed with them and its becoming a problem! LOL.

I got 7 of their Super Shock Shadows during their 4th of July sale. I got 3, on the rocks, Envy, Pop Rocks, Ibiza, Dare and Animal.

             3- Shimmery brown 

   On the Rocks- shimmery bronze 

    Envy- Black duocrome with purple shimmer 

    Pop Rocks- a "tie-dye" eyeshadow. a perfect mix of pink blue and purple. 

    Ibiza-  bright matte turquoise 

   Dare- Bright neon shimmery purple

    Animal- Brught fluorescent matte orange. 

I hope you enjoyed this color pop haul! I am interested in purchasing more obviously! I am actually thinking about making looks with these shadows very soon.

These shadows have the coolest texture! They are a mix of the Maybelline Bouncy Blushes and the L'oreal Infalliable eyeshadows had a baby and created this shadow. I really loved how pigmented they are and how sparkly they are. I swatched them all on my hand and they wouldn't come off, they stayed super pigmented and sparkly even after I washed my hands! I've honestly never experienced that with a shadow.

 The box is beautiful. The eyeshadows come in a white box. When you open the box it says Colour Pop and its filled with foam so none of the shadows will break. If you order 6 shadows they come in a box with a slot for each shadow. I ordered 7 so I didn't get a separate box I just got the shadows with a styrofoam sleeve over each.

Each eyeshadow comes in a white pot. The lid is deeper than the usual lid to keep any air out because the air will dry out the shadow.

My new Favorite tv shows and apps!

Halo!

If you guys weren't aware there are so many new shows coming out and I'm loving a lot of them! 

Finding Carter- omgggg, this show is so good. If you have never heard of it it's about a girl that finds out that the woman she thinks is her mother is actually her kidnapper! This is an MTV show but it's nothing I've ever seen on MTV. I don't want to give any spoilers , but if you want

to talk to me about any of these shows I always do #twittertalk where I talk to you guys about shows and pretty much everything. twitter( ADD LINK) 

Escape Club- This is also another show I've been enjoying. so E picks 12 people I believe out to a private island to pretty much escape their lives. BUT every week some one goes home. This show is filled with drama which makes me very excited. (E channel) 

Marriage At First Sight- This is a show where you sign up for matchmakers to match you up and then for the first time meeting the person you marry them. You don't know anything about the people before you marry them and you must marry them! I really like this show because I feel like 2/3 couples you can tell are really happy!  (FYI channel) 

Keeping Up with the Kardashians- I've always been intrigued by the Kardashians  and I'm not quite sure why but ever since I downloaded the E now app I've been watch all of season 9. 

Viggle- now this isn't a show but it's an app that relates to television. With this app you gain points by "checking in" which means saying what show your watching and once you get a certain amount of points you get cool prizes like speakers and iPads etc ... 

Monogram It! - this is also and app. As you probably can tell by the title this app allows you to chose a backround and monogram it. I am really getting into monograming my stuff so now that I have  a monogrammed wall paper it's just great!

Be Happy Friends!

so it's currently 3:06 in the morning. I refuse to sleep, it's my mothers birthday and I don't feel like using punctuation marks . but I have to bc if I don't it will look like a soup paragraph. if that's even a thing. I kinda just wanted to express my feelings on being happy. I was scrolling threw a friends ig and I saw that she lied to me about something she invited me to and then flaked on me and said that she wasn't going when it turned out she did go. I was starting to get upset and then I realized ....  screw her. the past is in the past and what's the point about getting mad over something I can't control. there's no point about getting mad about something that honestly doesn't matter at all. She's done this so many times and I've gotten disappointed but I've realized I can't keep letting her decide my mood for the rest of the day. If it was any ol' person I would drop her as a friend but I'm not quite ready to do that. But I am ready to change the way I allow other peoples actions effect me. I am really passionate about this subject which if I haven't made quite clear is just being happy and doing YOU! Life is short and you aren't a cat so you only do get to live it once lol! so why not live life like that? When I have that "YOLO" mindset I ALWAYS have the best days!

I think that it's very important to just be happy and get rid of the people that are always bringing you down! I know that personally I only hang around people that with encourage me and impower me to be the best ME! I'm learning not to waste my time negative energy just because I find that when I'm negative it really doesn't help the situation at all. But when I'm positive and I always look at the positive side of things I feel so Much better! 

It feels really good to just write down my feelings and express myself!

My Too Faced La Creme Lipstick Review ft. my conversation with a make believe person

Kiki: How do I like the Two Faced La Creme lipstick in Razzle Dazzle Rose? Is that what you ask? Well darling, I absolutely adore it! The packaging is adorable, it's super pigmented & it's moisturizing.

Make believe person I wish existed: Woah woah woah! It's pigmented & moisturizing?!? 

Kiki: Well yes you heard that right. It's a beautiful rosey pink and it's great for everyday. It is actually very moisturizing! When the color wore off my lips they felt so smooth!

My Current Favorite Summer Nail Polishes

Hey guys,

Today I'm going to be talking about my favorite summer polishes. I haven't talked about nail polish in quite some time so I figured why not! (Listed from left to right). 

1. Essie's Blanc. This is just your typical white & it's opaque in 2 coats. 

2. Essie's Figi. I think we've all hear of this color, it's the perfect opaque light pink. Light pink looks so classy and chic. This is a color that I think everyone needs. 

3. Clinique's 06 Happy. This a perfect twist on your basic red polish. It's the perfect summer red because they added a bit of coral so it's super bright and fun.

4. OPI's A grape fit! I wear this ALL the time! I literally post a hand swatch with this color atleast once a week on Instagram . 

5. OPI's I just can't cope-a- cabana. This is the only color that is part of a collection. This color was part of their Brazil collection that launched earlier in the year. This is the only yellow polish that I've found that's opaque in 2 coats and it looks good with my skin tone. 

6. Revlon's Color Stay Gel Envy Top Coat. I love this. It makes your nails super shiny and it keeps your nails from chipping.

Skincare Routine

Hey guys! Can you guess ahat Im going to be talking about today? My skincare routine! I do have to say that most of the items I use on my skin are from origins.  Origins is high end but I definatley think its worth the money.

Cleanser:  Origins Checks and Balances frothy face wash. This is one of their popular facial cleansers. Its great for combination skin because it "cleanses both dry and oily places without canceling each other out. Wheat protein balances and protects dry prone zones. broadd Leaf Kelp Extract discourages excess oil production"

Toner: Origins A perfect World . This toner is supposed to hydrate and prepare the skin  for following treatments. It is oil and alcohol free so it's not going to dry out the skin and it won't add extra oil. 

Serum: Origin's Dr.Andrew Weil Mega-Mushroom skin relief. If you guys didn't know mushrooms are an anti-inflammatory so I use this whenever I feel like my face is puffy(if that makes sense) LOL! 

Moisturizer: Origin's Make a Difference Plus rejuvenating treatment. This moisturizer really helps to moisturize the skin LOL! I really do like this stuff I feel like its super hydrating. 

Scrub: Origin's Modern Frictions Nature's Gentle Dermabrasion. This scrub is actually rice based. I feel like the rice is a good scrub just because it's nots not too rough but it still exfoliates. 

Mask: Origins's Clear Improvement Active Charcol Mask. Charcol works like a magnet it pulls out all of the dirt from your pores. This mask really just refreshes your skin. I use this once a week and I put on this mask on my t-zone where I'm oily and where I have pimples. 

Spot Treatment: Origin's Super Spot Remover. When I do have a pimple I do use the mask i just mentioned but sometimes it rather just use this. 

I actually realized that I only use origins skincare products! LOL! What can I say I'm an origins junkie! Have you guys tried any products that you think I'd like? Let me know down below!

My Sephora Wishlist!

Hey guys! I've actually been craving makeup. Which now that I think about it sounds kinda weird but those are my daily #beautybloggerprobs! LOL! Now if you've ever been to sephora and your just looking around, it can be a bit overwhelming. When I go in I do like to have a list of products that I want because I find that I forget if I try to keep a mental list. 

1. Anastasia Dip-Brow Pomade in dark brown or chocolate $18- I've heard a lot of great things about this product and you guys know I'm a complete brow junkie so I have to pick this up. 

2. Nars and god created the woman set $59- I've wanted to try out the nares eyeshadow and eye primer so I thought this was a pretty good deal. 

3. Nars blush in Mata Hari and desire $30- the nars blushes are also super hyped and I've wanted to try them for a while. I am not the biggest fan of the color "orgasm" but I do really like these two colors. 

3. Nars Laugna bronzing Powder - Another thing that is super hyped in the beauty world is this Bronzer! I'm being completely honest , I just want to know what all the hype is about. 

4. Nars lip glosses in Dolce Vita & Salamanca $26- this is actually the last product that I want from nars. When is watched them in store I liked the consistency and pigmentation. 

5. Fresh Sugar lip treatment in Tulip $22.50 - One of my favorite beauty gurus Nikki Phillipi always raves about this gloss and I trust her opinion so I really want to check this out. Bonus: they have SPF 15 so they are perfect for the summer! 

6. Caudalie beauty elixir $18 - when I sprayed this in store I loved the way it made my skin feel refreshed when I sprayed it. 

7. Josie Maran pure argon oil $16 - I am starting to fall in love with argon oil and this one felt lovely on the skin so I'm excited to use on my hair and skin. 

8. Bumble and bumble hairdressers invisible oil primer $26 - After I heard dani from coffee break with dani talk about this stuff I felt like it would be lifechanging for me! 

9. St. Tropez Bronzing Mousse $18 - I've never been into self tanning but I've always loved the tan I would get after a long day at the beach. But after learning that the sun does damaging effects to your skin and Hair I've decided to start using self tanner just took keep that nice beach glow and to be protected! 

10. St. Tropez tanning mit $6.50 - After seeing a lot of videos and blog posts about self tanning I've learned that a mit helps with apply product more even and I prevents you from having orange hands.

My Favorite Recipes on Pinterest

Hey guys! Instead of doing a Workout Wednesday I just decided to do this! Just because, I wasn't really in the mood to talk about fitness today. So today I'm doing going to show you guys all of my favorite recipes I've seen on Pinterest. The actual recipes are all located on my "fooood" board.

The first thing I wanted to mention is Sally's Baking Addiction. I always a see her recipes in the food section and she makes the cutest desserts! You guys have to check her out! I am actually going to be making  a few of her recipes in about 2 weeks or so and I'll definitely blog the results!

1. Salad in an Avacado! omg this looks so yummy! I do have to say the only thing I would add to this is probably a little bit of bacon.

2. Strawberry Frozen Yogurt from justataste On the site they actually have a menu of healthy recipes. This looks super yummy, I do think I am going to change the some of the ingredients just becuase I am not a big fan of honey. 

3. Chicken and Broccoli Stir-fry. Dude this picture looks like a picture that should be on tumblr! s some of you may know a lot of Asian restaurants put a lot of sodium in the food which isn't the best for your skin and your body. This recipe was also in the healthy section of her site! I actually found this recipe on Just A Taste and it looks delicious! 

4. Funfetti Sugar Cookie Cake. This also looks AMAZING! I've actually never heard of this mix before and that s why I love Sally's Baking Addiction! She always combines the best sweets!
