Sugar, You Aren't So Sweet.

Sugar: the acne creator. Sugar is inflammatory. Your skin reacts horribly to a large amount of sugar intake (and I'm not even going to mention what it does to your  body). I would know! A few ZITS have been popping up on my face lately because I've been eating WAY to many sweets daily. I am NOT saying that you should cut sugar out of your life forever but MODERATION is key.  Slowly cut the sugar in-take. If you eat something sugary every day try to not eat candy that day. The next after and so forth. But, its totally ok to have those "cheat" days. I know its going to be hard but its so worth it! To achieve "perfect" skin you have to ofcourse wash, tone, and moisturize but also think about what you are putting in your body. What you put in is the result of what you'll get out.

OOTD #2: Kylie Jenner inspired!

Chic

Lately I've been obsessing over the Jenner sisters (especially Kylie). They both have great styles and they are also great role models. Pictured above is an outfit that I can picture Kylie wearing. It consist of a grey scull cropped tee, a faux leather circle skirt, Jimmy Choo pumps, and a Micheal Kors purse. To top it off Kylie usually wears a dark plum or a red so I paired this with a matte red lip.

I hope you enjoyed my Kylie Jenner inspired OOTD! Do you ay of you ladies have a similar style to Kylie?

January Favorites & Un-favorites!

Here are all of my favorite products of the month. I have hair, makeup, body, and random products.

1. EOS lipbalm in Blueberry Acaí- I love this is smells so good and it's super moisturizing.
 2. Nivea Lip Butter in Raspberry Rose Kiss- this is my all time favorite balm. First of all, it's PINK! Oh and it's moisturizing. LOL.
3. NYX Butter Gloss in Strawberry Parfait-  this has been my go-to gloss of the month. It's super pigmented and it gives a really pretty purple color to your lips.

Hair
1. Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Tri-Wheat leave in conditioner- I love this stuff ( obviously, that's why it's in my favorites! LOL =) The  only complaint I have is if you spray this around your roots it makes your hair greasy. Use this sparingly and use it from your ears down.
2. Suave Kids Detangling Spray in Double Dutch Apple- this is just your everyday Detangler. It's nothing special, I've just been using this everytime I wash my hair so I thought that I'd mention it.
3. CHI Silk Infusion- this product is supposed to help with "damaged" hair. I don't have "damaged" hair but it is still great for my hair! Bonus: it smells amazing =) LOL.

Eyes
Urban Decay has been on point with its shadows! I love them!
1. Naked 3 pallette- I bought this pallette the day after Christmas and I've been experimenting with it almost everyday since! It has pink toned eyeshadows with a variety of mattes and shimmers.
* I have a review of the Naked 3 pallette.
2. Naked Basics- this pallette is essential to any makeup collection. It's all neutral shades that are perfect for any look the colors range from a highlight to a matte black.
* I have a review of the Naked Basics.

Body
1. Daisy by Marc Jacobs perfume- I also got this perfume the day after Christmas and it smells amazing. It's a "young floral" that works great with lots of body chemistries.
2. Madame Earth body butter in Lemon Verbena- I've been using this everyday since Christmas. It's super moisturizing and it smells amazing.

Music
1. Beyoncé's Visual Album- this album has been the only thing I've been listening to. I wasn't really into Beyoncé before this album but now she's my favorite=)  It's amazing and I defiantly suggest you buy this album even if you aren't a Beyoncé lover.

2. Katy Perry's Dark Horse- I will probably never get over this song. I play this and the Beyoncé album on replay! I am completely obsessed!

What are your favorites of January?

"Innocent" OOTD #2

Innocent

I would literally wear this outfit everyday if I could! It's super simple yet classy. The dress is fitted on the top and flows on the bottom. The gold flats are absolutely adorable and they make this outfit look a little younger and daytime appropriate. For accessories I like them simple. I am not a fan of huge and eye catching accessories so these we're perfect. I only like small and simple earring so these were perfect. I picked the accessories because I feel like these are the types of pieces in your wardrobe that you can wear over and over a gain and it makes the outfit look fabulous. The sunglasses and purse are from Céline. I will of leave the links down below for all the pieces above.

Do you guys like this outfit? Would you wear it?

Naked 3 Review

I bought Naked 3 the day after Christmas and I have played with it everyday since. It's a great pink toned eyeshadow palette with 6 matte and 6 shimmer shadows. The eyeshadow a are  great for any skin tone and they especially compliment people with blue and green eyes.

These shades are velvety and super pigmented. This palette contains a highlight color all the way to a matte black color and they are all equally pigmented. I do prefer the shimmer shades in this palette rather than the mattes.

The palette comes in a rose gold snap tin. The packaging is great for traveling because the tin is super sturdy so you can just throw it in your suitcase and you don't have to worry about it breaking or opening in your suitcase.

Should I buy the Naked 3 palette if I already own the other two? I say yes because the Naked 3 palette has neutral colors with pink tones. Rather than just the browns and taupes in the other 2 Naked palettes.

Even Baby Brooklynn likes Naked 3 =) LOL! Do you guys own any of the Naked  palettes? Do you like them?
