My Thoughts On Running!

Helllooooooo friends!
How's your day been? I've been TRYING to eat healthier but its hard. So I'm going to try to re-motivate my self by talking about fitness a little more.


I've really been enjoying going on runs after school or even just to relive stress and it really has been a nice way to just vent. A lot of you may be thinking that I'm absolutely crazy!! (I'm not crazy I swear but let me explain)  At first I used to HATE running and I don't really hate many things but that was one of them. On youtube I was seeing a lot of people doing fitness routines and they would talk about how much they loved running and how it was such a great stress reliever. It honestly is. At first I didn't really like it but I started telling myself that I did and I kept telling myself all of the benefits and how its really good for my heart. Well now whenever I can go for a run I do. I'll admit, I'm not the best runner honestly I don't even full on run. I just jog and walk. I've found that just going on a short jog a few times a week has built up my strength and endurance.

My favorite app to track how far I'm running is the nike running app. It tells you the distance of your run, how long you ran, how many runs you have gon, heart rate (if you have the Nike gadget), pace, and lastly your Nike fuel points.

Are there any fitness classes you guys have been taking?

HUGE Announcement!

OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG!

I HAVE MY VERY OWN CANDLE! What the What??? If you guys don't follow me on Instagram you wouldn't know, BUT my favorite candle company Soy in Love Scents gave me an opportunity to make my very own candle! The candle is called Breakfast at Kiki's. HOW CUTE IS THAT?!?! The candle is a fall scent with hint of cinnamon and sugar. Good News, if that blend isn't something for you I will be creating another candle thats coming out sometime next week for Christmas!!

Why I haven't blogged the last 3 months.

so yeah. That happened. I haven't blogged in about 3 months and I feel like it was for a good reason. I only like to blog if I feel like it && I HATE forcing content because it's just agrevating and I know that you guys can tell when I'm forcing a post. I did want to just come on to say that yes, I’m still alive. No I haven’t forgotten about you guys but I’m not going to have a strict posting schedule I’m just going to go with the flow.

So, I’ve gotten into 2 new shows. The Vampire Diaries and Revenge. I’m all caught up on revenge & I’m on season 2 of the Vampire Diaries. Are there any shows that you all have been enjoying? If you watch these shows, Im always talking about them on twitter! You can go fly over and perch on my page! Get it, **wink, wink** yep. I killed it I’m going to stop now.

Oh and do you guys like this new font??

RANDOMNESS

Just as the title says this is just going to be a very random update type of blogpost. You guys know that I only post when I want to post just because I don't want to force anything. I have started incorporating somethings into my routine and I don't want to talk about what they are because I feel like whenever I talk about something early I don't keep up with it.

1.SO I really want to try out some new brands like Bare Minerals, and Tarte. I found that Bare Minerals has a lot of great kits that are inexpensive and they are great if you want to try out the brand. I found one from sephora that I am really interested in and that is their Try Believe Love kit. It comes with 2 mini brushes, a concealer, a finishing powder, a matte foundation and their original foundation. From Tarte I recently purchased their 12 hour full coverage Foundation and I'm really excited to finally try it out. I also really want to purchase their Amazonian Clay Airbrushed Foundation and their Airbrush Finish bamboo foundation brush.

2. I'm not obsessed with collection makeup anymore! I still obviously like makeup but I don't find a need to hoard makeup because most of it will expire and then you are wasting money.  `I am still going to buy & review makeup just not as much as before.

3.I am also thinking about purchasing the Jawbone UP fitness band just because I enjoy seeing how many steps I've taken in a day and stuff like that.

Colour Pop Cosmetics Haul!

If you follow me on twitter you'd know that I was sitting at my door waiting for this package to arrive! I honestly don't think I've ever been so excited about a package before! I guess I'll start by giving you some background on Colour Pop. they are a brand based in California, their eyeshadows are made in the US, their against animal testing, They offer free shipping once you spend $30 AND their shadows are on $5 USD each! I'm kinda obsessed with them and its becoming a problem! LOL.

I got 7 of their Super Shock Shadows during their 4th of July sale. I got 3, on the rocks, Envy, Pop Rocks, Ibiza, Dare and Animal.

             3- Shimmery brown 

   On the Rocks- shimmery bronze 

    Envy- Black duocrome with purple shimmer 

    Pop Rocks- a "tie-dye" eyeshadow. a perfect mix of pink blue and purple. 

    Ibiza-  bright matte turquoise 

   Dare- Bright neon shimmery purple

    Animal- Brught fluorescent matte orange. 

I hope you enjoyed this color pop haul! I am interested in purchasing more obviously! I am actually thinking about making looks with these shadows very soon.

These shadows have the coolest texture! They are a mix of the Maybelline Bouncy Blushes and the L'oreal Infalliable eyeshadows had a baby and created this shadow. I really loved how pigmented they are and how sparkly they are. I swatched them all on my hand and they wouldn't come off, they stayed super pigmented and sparkly even after I washed my hands! I've honestly never experienced that with a shadow.

 The box is beautiful. The eyeshadows come in a white box. When you open the box it says Colour Pop and its filled with foam so none of the shadows will break. If you order 6 shadows they come in a box with a slot for each shadow. I ordered 7 so I didn't get a separate box I just got the shadows with a styrofoam sleeve over each.

Each eyeshadow comes in a white pot. The lid is deeper than the usual lid to keep any air out because the air will dry out the shadow.

My new Favorite tv shows and apps!

Halo!

If you guys weren't aware there are so many new shows coming out and I'm loving a lot of them! 

Finding Carter- omgggg, this show is so good. If you have never heard of it it's about a girl that finds out that the woman she thinks is her mother is actually her kidnapper! This is an MTV show but it's nothing I've ever seen on MTV. I don't want to give any spoilers , but if you want

to talk to me about any of these shows I always do #twittertalk where I talk to you guys about shows and pretty much everything. twitter( ADD LINK) 

Escape Club- This is also another show I've been enjoying. so E picks 12 people I believe out to a private island to pretty much escape their lives. BUT every week some one goes home. This show is filled with drama which makes me very excited. (E channel) 

Marriage At First Sight- This is a show where you sign up for matchmakers to match you up and then for the first time meeting the person you marry them. You don't know anything about the people before you marry them and you must marry them! I really like this show because I feel like 2/3 couples you can tell are really happy!  (FYI channel) 

Keeping Up with the Kardashians- I've always been intrigued by the Kardashians  and I'm not quite sure why but ever since I downloaded the E now app I've been watch all of season 9. 

Viggle- now this isn't a show but it's an app that relates to television. With this app you gain points by "checking in" which means saying what show your watching and once you get a certain amount of points you get cool prizes like speakers and iPads etc ... 

Monogram It! - this is also and app. As you probably can tell by the title this app allows you to chose a backround and monogram it. I am really getting into monograming my stuff so now that I have  a monogrammed wall paper it's just great!

Be Happy Friends!

so it's currently 3:06 in the morning. I refuse to sleep, it's my mothers birthday and I don't feel like using punctuation marks . but I have to bc if I don't it will look like a soup paragraph. if that's even a thing. I kinda just wanted to express my feelings on being happy. I was scrolling threw a friends ig and I saw that she lied to me about something she invited me to and then flaked on me and said that she wasn't going when it turned out she did go. I was starting to get upset and then I realized ....  screw her. the past is in the past and what's the point about getting mad over something I can't control. there's no point about getting mad about something that honestly doesn't matter at all. She's done this so many times and I've gotten disappointed but I've realized I can't keep letting her decide my mood for the rest of the day. If it was any ol' person I would drop her as a friend but I'm not quite ready to do that. But I am ready to change the way I allow other peoples actions effect me. I am really passionate about this subject which if I haven't made quite clear is just being happy and doing YOU! Life is short and you aren't a cat so you only do get to live it once lol! so why not live life like that? When I have that "YOLO" mindset I ALWAYS have the best days!

I think that it's very important to just be happy and get rid of the people that are always bringing you down! I know that personally I only hang around people that with encourage me and impower me to be the best ME! I'm learning not to waste my time negative energy just because I find that when I'm negative it really doesn't help the situation at all. But when I'm positive and I always look at the positive side of things I feel so Much better! 

It feels really good to just write down my feelings and express myself!
